John Flentie, 73, made the mistake of owning a $300,000 home and saving $600,000 in accounts and investments. Most important he failed to have children who could defend him against state sponsored elder looting.
In March of 2012, John fell and was hospitalized. Once his wealth was confirmed he was kidnapped by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. The probate court susbsequently found him guilty of bad housekeeping and sentenced him to life imprisonment and confiscation of assets.
